Aitiji Ican Farmers Field Group

There is a women’s group by the name “Aitiji Ican Farmers Field Group” (meaning ‘fighting poverty’) that is running a village microfinance project encouraging the spirit of saving and providing its members with soft loans to help them improve themselves and their families. CORE Uganda will work through this group which already has close to 100 people and expand to other groups.
